This enquiry transaction has been provided to allow available stock to be enquired upon within an
entered A.Y.S. (Age of Youngest Spirit) range.
The following existing transactions have also been amended to allow the bulk spirit process easier
to manage.
• ALCM – Maintain Alcohol Details
This transaction has been amended to allow the number and type of container holding the alcohol
within the lot to be defined. The container type must be defined as an item number within
TROPOS. The transaction has also been amended to allow a number of user defined values which
can optionally be used to source any additional data against the lot. The extra fields consist of : 3
numeric values ; 3 user defined DAVL codes with 20 character descriptions ; and 3 free format text
fields.
• EXDP – Excise Document Prints
The production of the Operation Account and Declaration of Outturn documents produced by this
transaction will be available for any output lots created via the new LTLI (Lot-to-Lot Issue) and
LTLR (Lot-to-Lot Receipt) transactions.
• FWTQ – Full Trace Details
This enquiry transaction has been amended to display any additional lot-to-lot details which have
been recorded via the new LTLI (Lot-to-Lot Issue) or LTLR (Lot-to-Lot Receipt) transactions. The
new trace details will be treated as an extra level of indent, i.e. as if the lot-to-lot trace had been
performed via an intermediate production order. The trace reference will always be the lot number.
• FTEQ – Full Trace Where Used
This enquiry transaction has been amended to display any additional lot-to-lot details which have
been recorded via the new LTLI (Lot-to-Lot Issue) or LTLR (Lot-to-Lot Receipt) transactions.
4.2.12 Maintenance (MAIN)
4.2.12.1 Meter Reading History (SR4147_02)
The enhancement introduces a meter reading audit history to the maintenance module MAIN. The
enhancement comprises a new database table (MBL090) and changes to the following transactions.
• MRMM – Meter Maintenance
• MRMR – Meter Reading
• MRMQ – Meter Enquiry
• MHPG – Maintenance History Purge
Description:
• MRMM prevents a meter being deleted if it has any reading history
• MRMR writes an audit history record of every reading
• MRMQ displays the meter reading history if a meter number is entered
• MHPG deletes meter reading history on the same basis as maintenance history.
