used to select stock from individual locations. If the item is pallet controlled, then the partial
quantity moved must be for a whole pallet quantity.
LTLI – Lot-to-Lot Issue
This transaction will be used to combine stock from multiple lots/pallets into a single lot, and can
be used to replicate the issuing and receipt of a single item without having to raise a reblend
production order.
If the item is pallet controlled, then the output lot will be received into a single pallet, but all input
pallets defined will be issued to the output lot. If the lot/pallets are subject to warehouse rent then
the outstanding rent for each lot/pallet will be accrued before being issued to the output lot. The
actual cost of the output lot will then be calculated from the sum of the input lot/pallets.
If an existing lot and pallet range is being split, then the rent start date will be reset for the
remaining pallets within the lot.
If the item being issued/received is for a bulk alcohol item, the age of youngest spirit for the output
lot will be calculated from the issued lots.
A new lot-to-lot details record will be written for each lot/pallet which has been issued, and a stock
movement record will also be written. There will be no financial implications for the issue as the
value of the output lot will be the combination of the input lots.
If the item is fully traceable, then trace details for the issue will also be recorded.
LTLR – Lot-to-Lot Receipt
This transaction will be used to explode an existing lot out into multiple lot/pallets, and can be used
to replicate the issuing and receipt of a single item without having to raise a reblend production
order. This transaction can also be used to split a lot and pallet range as the transaction will record
extra trace details for the split whereas LOSP (Lot Splitting/Grading) does not.
If the lot/pallets are subject to warehouse rent then the outstanding rent for each lot/pallet will be
accrued before being delivered to the output lot. The actual cost of the output lot will then be
calculated from the sum of the input lot/pallets. The transaction will also automatically start the
warehouse rent for the new lot/pallets.
If splitting an existing lot and parcel range, then the warehouse rent start date will be reset for the
remaining pallets within the lot.
Details of any OLA/RLA alcohol readings will be copied forward for the new lot/pallet details. A
new lot-to-lot details record will be written for each lot/pallet which has been received and a stock
movement record will also be written. There will be no financial implications for the receipt as the
value of the output lot will be the same as the value the input lot is being reduced by.
If the item is fully traceable, then trace details for the receipt will also be recorded.
LTLQ – Lot-to-Lot Enquiry
This enquiry transaction will show details of all input lots which have been issued to an entered lot
number, it can also show details of all output lots which have received from the entered lot.
