Sales Order maintenance transactions SOEM (Sales Order Extras), SIEM (Sales Order Line Extras)
and SCDC (Consignment Delivery Address) have been changed to allow users to change the
delivery area on sales order delivery schedules and on shipments (SCDC). The delivery area is
information associated with an address which is copied onto the sales orders from the delivery
address data. It is used as a filter to be able to batch consignments from several orders or customers
into a shipment (transaction PKCM, Multi-Customer Shipment) if they are all going to the same
geographical area. With the introduction of delivery routes, users can create shipments consisting of
orders which are assigned to the same delivery route.
PKRD (Record Despatch) has been changed to update the date of the last shipment on a delivery
route. CNEQ (Display Customer Addresses) and CAFD (Customer Full Details) have been changed
to optionally display delivery data associated with addresses.
There are four new tables:
• MBG760 – Route Headers
• MBG770 – Route Versions
• MBG780 – Route Days (or stages)
• MBG790 – Route Address Links
There six new transactions and programs:
• RTHM – Maintain Delivery Route
Maintenance transaction for route headers. This adds, changes and deletes general information
about routes and adds new versions of routes.
• RTDM – Route Delivery Pattern
Maintenance of route stages. This adds, changes and deletes information about stages, and copies
stages from one version of a route to another.
• NADR – Address Delivery Route
Maintains a link between an address and a delivery route via a drop number.
• RTRQ – Delivery Route Enquiry
Display information about a route including the linked addresses.
• TS06 – TNI Subroutines 6 (interface to SORDROUTE)
• SORDROUTE – Route Calculations
Delivery date calculations and the best route for a delivery.
Changes to six existing transactions:
• SOEM – Sales Order Extras
• SIEM – Sales Order Line Extras
• SCDC – Consignment Deliv Addr
• PKRD – Record Despatch
• CNEQ – Display Customer Addresses
