BL19102 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS GENERAL INFORMATION IMPORTANT k Check the inside of the larger pieces in your box for other materials packed inside. k When assembling components, place on a non-abrasive surface (i.e. shipping box) to avoid scratching. k We recommend an area approximately 5’x 8’ for unobstructed assembling. k You should not need to use excessive force when assembling components.
BL19102 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS GENERAL INFORMATION 1. Read over fence instructions first. Your gate and fence will work better together if you first take the time to read and understand your fence. 2. Pre-assemble the gate frame. Please do not screw the gate frame together until you have temporarily assembled the gate frame. In other words, do a dry run first. This will ensure: 1. That you have everything necessary to complete the gate. 2. That you will have assembled the gate frame in the correct order.

BL19102 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS STEP 3: SCREW GATE FRAME TOGETHER STEP 3.1 Fasten the gate frame together using (16) 11/4” Self-Drilling Stainless Steel Screws (H). H 8 Note: Do not put screws in the outward facing holes of this T-bracket and gate bottom bracket to allow for future hinge installation. WWW.WAMBAMFENCE.
BL19102 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS STEP 4: INSERT PICKETS INTO GATE FRAME AND ATTACH POST CAPS STEP 4.2 STEP 4.1 Insert Pickets (G) through the top rail and down into the bottom rail. Install Post Caps (A) as illustrated. Use PVC glue (not included) if you would like to permanently secure the post caps to the T-brackets. A G STEP 5: FASTEN GATE HINGES AND LATCH FINGER STEP 5.1 K I 1. Fasten the Latch Finger (K) to the top bracket with (6) 11/4” black self-drilling stainless steel screws. 2.
BL19102 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS STEP 6: ALIGN AND SECURE GATE HINGES TO POST STEP 6.1 Use temporary spacers or wooden blocks to rest the gate on during alignment and installation. Fasten the gate hinges to the post using (6) 11/4” black stainless steel screws. STEP 7: LEVEL GATE AND ADJUST HINGES STEP 7.1 Fasten the gate hinges to the inside of the fence post with (8) total 11/4” black self-drilling stainless steel screws by swinging the gate out as illustrated. 10 WWW.WAMBAMFENCE.
BL19102 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS STEP 7.2 Level the gate to the fence post. Check the gate to make sure it functions correctly. Note: The hinges can be adjusted moderately to level gate. Note: To adjust the spring tension in the hinges, use the 23/4” Tension Pin (L). Level STEP 8: ALIGN AND INSTALL LATCH STEP 8.1 Align and fasten the Latch Catch (J) with (6) 11/4” black self-drilling stainless steel screws. J Note: Latch is designed for left and right hand applications.
