3.2 Sight adjustment
Adjust the red aiming dot by means of the rotating switch
and adjust its brightness to a value which suits your needs
best. Loosen the locking screw for windage and elevation
adjustment by using the Allen key supplied with the sight. To
change the point of impact of the gun, turn the appropriate
adjustment screw into the desired direction. Each click of the
sight adjustment changes the point of impact by 1/3 MOA.
This equals a change of .97 mm on 10 m or 9.7 mm on 100
m respectively or .150 in. (3/16 in) on 50 yards.
Elevation adjustment
point of impact too high turn elevation adjustment screw clockwise
point of impact too low turn elevation adjustment screw counter-clockwise
Windage adjustment
point of impact too far right turn windage adjustment screw clockwise
point of impact too far left turn windage adjustment screw counter-clockwise
Note: After a sight adjustment, the locking screw has to be
tightened by means of the Allen key supplied with the sight.
Always adhere to the rules of safe and correct gun
handling. Always select a safe backstop before you fire
your gun and always wear protective shooting glasses.
4. Dust protection cap
Always store your red dot sight with the protection cap put on in order to protect the lens
from dust and other soiling. Simply remove the cap before you use your sight.
5. Care and maintenance
Protect your red dot sight from mechanical damage caused by impact and make sure that
the gun is not exposed to sudden impact or thrust. If in doubt, check the sight adjustment
of your gun. The sight housing and the lens mounting may be cleaned from dust and dirt
with a soft, clean cloth which has been slightly dampened with gun oil. Dust from the lens
can be removed with a soft lens brush, while fingerprints and dirt can be removed with a
lens cleaning cloth (dampened with some lens cleaning fluid).
