7. Fore-end elevation for shooting in the standing position
The fore-end elevation for shooting in the standing position can be adjusted in
the longitudinal direction, in its height and in its inclination. It can also be
swivelled about the barrel axis.
For removal or movement of the fore-end elevation in the longitudinal direc-
tion, undo the countersunk screws (a) to unclamp the holding rail. The fore-
end height and the inclination angle are adjusted using the clamping screws
(c). Slightly undo all screws (c), set the required height and inclination, then
retighten the screws (c). The fore-end is swivelled transversely to the direction
of shooting by undoing the screws (b). After positioning, retighten the screws
(b).
