of the barrel is clean and clear of any obstruction.

• Do not alter, modify or replace any of the parts of the firearm unless specifically directed

to do so in this manual. Any maintenance or service not specified in this manual must be

performed by a qualified gunsmith using genuine WALTHER parts.

• Improper or unauthorized adjustment of any component may affect the safety and reli-

ability of the firearm and may cause serious injury or death.
