IMPORTANT! When transporting a firearm, make sure that it is unloaded and that the safety is in the safe position.
16 Warranty
Within the first year after the date of purchase, WALTHER will repair or replace your defective firearm free of charge provided the defect was not
caused by your misuse or negligence.
WALTHER firearms are warrantied to be free from defects in material and workmanship. Any such defects of which WALTHER receives written
notice within one year from the date of purchase by the original owner, will be remedied by WALTHER without charge within a reasonable time
after such notification and delivery of the firearm as provided below. Warranty claims (in writing) and the firearm concerned should be delivered to
WALTHER’s Warranty Service in its original case or in a similarly secure container.
In addition, a copy of the bill of sale in the owner’s name, or a copy of ATF Form 4473 indicating date of purchase must be included.
15 Repair
If any products are defective or damaged, please contact your dealer or the WALTHER service department.

WARRANTY CONT’D.
Warranty claims should state the model and serial number of the firearm concerned and the description of the difficulty experienced. It is recom-
mended that shipments be insured by the owner, since WALTHER will accept no responsibility for loss or damage in transit. Transportation and
insurance charges for return to owner will be paid by WALTHER if the claim is covered by the warranty.
