Mit der Flächenleuchte FLAT LED beweist
Waldmann erneut seine Innovationskraft
als Engineer of Light. Die FLAT LED kom-
biniert die Stärken der LED-Technologie
mit einer im Waldmann Entwicklungs-
zentrum konzipierten und von Waldmann
produzierten neuen Optik.
Das Ergebnis: Eine Maschinenleuchte mit
minimaler Bauhöhe, maximaler Lichtleistung
und intelligenter PLUG + LIGHT-Elektronik,
die den Direktanschluss an 24 Volt Gleich-
oder Wechselstrom ermöglicht.
Die beeindruckend flache Bauform wird
vor allem durch die innovative Waldmann
Optik-Technologie bedingt. Diese erzeugt
einen Abstrahlwinkel von 60°, der für eine
großflächige, gleichmäßige Ausleuchtung
des Bearbeitungsbereichs sorgt. Und damit
für ein Mehr an Prozesssicherheit und Pro-
duktivität.
Mit der FLAT LED kann der Maschinen-
bediener mühelos jedes Detail des Werk-
stücks erkennen. „Mühelos“ bedeutet auch
„ermüdungslos“. Der Bediener ist kon-
zentrierter, motivierter und leistungsfä-
higer.

FLAT LED combines the strengths of LED
technology with new optics designed in
the Waldmann development center and
produced by Waldmann.
The result: A machine luminaire with
minimal height, maximum luminous power
and intelligent PLUG + LIGHT electronics,
which allows direct connection to 24-volt
direct or alternating current.
The impressively flat design is the result of
innovative Waldmann optics technology. It
produces a beam angle of 60º, which
ensures large-scale, uniform illumination
of the processing area. As a result, process
reliability and productivity are increased.
The FLAT LED allows the machine operator
to effortlessly see every detail of the work
piece. “Effortlessly” also means “without
fatigue”. The operator can concentrate
better, is more motivated and his per-
formance is improved.
