CLEANUP
When cleaning the HandiRoll 550, it is very important that you use the appropriate
cleaning solution for the type of paint you are using.
Turn the switch on the main tube to 10. FILL. Pull plunger back to draw remaining paint
from roller arm into the tube
Press ll valve onto ll tube. Push plunger forward to return excess paint to can.11.
Press locking tab and remove roller cover (a) assembly from the arm. Insert thumb to 12.
rst knuckle, pry and pull the cap (b) from the roller cover. Once the cap is removed,
push the roller core out the other end. Clean with the appropriate cleaning solution.
Remove ll tube from the clip and insert it into the ll valve. Submerge ll tube into 13.

Submerge ll valve and roller arm into cleaning solution. Pull/push plunger 5 times 14.
Remove the roller arm.
Submerge the connecting area and the ll valve into cleaning solution. Pull/push 15.

STORAGE
Turn the locking collar next to the trigger counterclockwise until the main tube slides 16.

Pack a generous amount of petroleum jelly around and in between the O-rings on 17.
