This system combines an elegant 5" colour monitor with
the tried and tested CAM20M1 b/w camera. The camera
features a motor-operated shutter that prevents soiling of
the lens.
The reversing video system is activated either manually, or
automatically as soon as reverse gear is engaged. The
monitor delivers sharp contrast pictures even in very bright
sunlight. Moreover, the system has an audio/video input for
connection of a video recorder or DVD player. Using a
commonly available head-set, passengers can listen to their
personal “onboard programmes” without disturbing the
driver.
The system is designed for 12 volts and provides two camera
sockets. Those wishing to install an additional camera, can
choose between the CAM27N colour camera or the
CAM20M b/w camera.
