Temperature sensor with 5 m supply cable
The IU0U chargers of series IU 1512 to IU 4512 can be equipped with a temperature sensor available as
optional extra. The temperature sensor adjusts the charging voltage to the current battery temperature.
This ensures a better charge at cold temperatures and prevents battery gassing at high temperatures.

3 BATTERIES
Three leisure batteries of the same type charged in one go – it’s possible with the triple chargers
WAECO PerfectCharge IU 4512 and IU 2524. These units have three outputs, all using a modified
IU0U charging curve to make sure the batteries are maintained in optimum condition.
Depending on the capacity, the weaker batteries are charged first. Then all batteries are charged
simultaneously at the same rate. The outputs are separated by diodes, so there can be no charge
compensation between the batteries.

2 BATTERIES + STARTER BATTERY
Two chargers in a single cabinet: the WAECO PerfectCharge battery chargers IU 2512 and IU 1524 have
three outputs. The first and the second ones can be used to charge leisure batteries with a
modified IU0U charging curve. The outputs are separated by diodes, so there can be no charge
compensation between the batteries. Simultaneously, the third (separate) output can be used to give
the starter battery a float charge at a current of 1 amp.
The two charging operations proceed separately and do not interfere one another. The starter battery
and the leisure batteries may be of a different type.
