Cruise control for vehicles with electronic accelerator
There’s a tremendous exchange of data under the
bonnet. In most cars and motorhomes, even the use
of the gas pedal is electronically transmitted. Which
eliminates the possibility of using a common cruise control
with servo unit.
This is where the MagicSpeed MS 800 comes in. This
cruise control has been specially developed for modern
vehicles and “liberates” the right foot from the need
to press the gas pedal on long, monotonous journeys.
MagicSpeed MS800 uses an interface module that is directly
linked to the electronic accelerator control by means of a
vehicle-specific adapter cable. Note: the vehicle-specific
cable set is an optional extra to complement the MS 800
base unit, so it has to be ordered separately. WAECO offers
a choice of three control elements to suit different vehicle
models.
