10.2 Switching the device on and off with the remote
control (accessory)
➤ Turn the main switch on the IU0U automatic charger (fig. 2 1, page 3) to
“SleepMode” to switch the device on and off using the remote control.
➤ Press the ON/OFF button on the remote control to switch the device on or
off.
10.3 Charging characteristics
The charging characteristics are referred to as modified IU0U characteristics.

The trickle charge is activated according to the charging current. OFF
The charging voltage is maintained for the duration of the set main
charging phase irrespective of the charging current. When this time has
passed, the device switches back to trickle charge.
