Using the cooler

The display (fig. 3 5, page 3) switches on and shows the
current cooling temperature.

Note
The temperature displayed is that of the middle of the interior.
The temperatures elsewhere can deviate from this temperature.
The cooler starts cooling the interior.

Note
If the first LED of the charging display flashes and a beeping tone
sounds, the internal battery is empty. In this case, operate you cool-
er with an external power source so that the internal battery can re-
charge.
If no external power supply is available, switch off the cooler by
turning the battery switch (fig. 4 2, page 4) to “BATTERY OFF”.
7.3 Cooling without the battery – “BATTERY OFF”
If required, you can operate the cooler without the internal battery
(e.g. when the battery is broken, etc.).
Set the battery switch (fig. 4 2, page 4) to “BATTERY OFF”.
Connect the cooler (see “Connecting the cooler” on page 37).
Press the “ON/OFF” button (fig. 3 1, page 3) for one to
two seconds.
The “POWER” LED lights up.
The display (fig. 3 5, page 3) switches on and shows the

7.4 Locking the cooler
Close the lid.
Press the lock (fig. 2 1, page 3) downward until it audibly
latches in place.
