3. Place a plastic bag around the hydraulic filter (c) to contain any oil spillage.
4. Unscrew and remove the old hydraulic filter.
5. Install a new hydraulic filter.
6. Fill the hydraulic tank with oil until the oil level reaches the MAX mark on the
sightglass.
7. Operate the machine at low idle, while checking the oil level. As the oil level
approaches the MIN (a
2
) mark on the sightglass, immediately stop the machine.
8. Top off the hydraulic tank with oil until it reaches the MAX mark on the
sightglass.
9. Repeat steps 7 and 8 until the oil level remains at the MAX mark.
10.Operate the machine in high idle. Then, stop the machine and check for leaks.
11.Check the oil level on the sightglass and top off if necessary.
Result The hydraulic oil has now been checked and changed.
