7.5 Checking the Timer Module
Prerequisite
Fully-charged battery
Machine shut down
Procedure
Perform the procedure below to check the voltage to the timer module.
1. Shut down the machine.
2. Remove the steering tower cover (a).
3. Locate the timer module (b) and remove it. For easier access, disconnect the
connector from the tower cover.
4. Move the key switch to the ON position.
5. Measure the voltage between wire 118-GY-16 at the connector and ground.
Is at least 10 VDC measured?
