8.22 Removing and Installing the Hydraulic Oil Cooler
Prerequisites  Machine shut down
 Hydraulic oil drained
Removal Perform the procedure below to remove the hydraulic oil cooler.
1. Drain the hydraulic reservoir.
2. Disconnect the wiring (a) to the fan.
3. Disconnect the upper (b) and lower (c) hydraulic hoses.
4. Remove the screws (d) that secure the hydraulic oil cooler and remove
hydraulic oil cooler (e) from the machine.
Installation Perform the procedure below to install the hydraulic oil tank.
1. Position the hydraulic oil cooler into the machine and secure it with screws (d).
2. Connect the upper (b) and lower (c) hydraulic hoses.
3. Connect the wiring (a).
4. Fill the hydraulic oil reservoir.
Result The procedure to remove and install the hydraulic oil cooler is now complete.
