16.12 Installing the Lights—240W LED

Materials

Installing the

LED light

fixtures

Perform the procedure below to install the LED light fixtures.

1. Install the lower LED light fixtures using the threaded studs (a) on the bottom of

the light bar (b).

2. Attach an LED light fixture to a threaded stud on the bottom of the light bar using

a disk (c), a flat washer (d), and an M18 lock nut (e).

Repeat step 2 for the second lower LED light fixture.

3. Attach the upper LED light fixtures to the light bar using the holes (f) on the side

of the light bar after the lower LED light fixtures are attached.

4. Use a screw (g), a flat washer (h), a disk (j), another flat washer (k), and an M18

lock nut (m) to attach an LED light fixture to side hole (f) in the light bar, as

shown.

Repeat steps 4 for the second upper LED light fixture.
