1. Power up the PureHeat as described in section 2 of this manual.
2. Attach a hose equipped with Quick-Connect fittings to the Supply and Return Manifold in order to provide a complete fluid path prior to adding HTF.
3. Place the container of HTF near the access doors for the Hose Reel and the Main Control Panel.
4. Remove the Fill Hose from its storage location below the hose reel and clean the exterior.
5. Prime the Fill Hose prior to insertion into the HTF container by lowering the hose near ground elevation, pull the locking pin out of Valve #4,
slide the locking collar toward the handle, open the valve partially until HTF is observed filling the hose.
6. SHUT Pump Suction Valve #3
7. Attach a hose equipped with Quick-Connect fittings to the Supply and Return Manifold in order to provide a complete fluid path prior to adding HTF.
8. Pull the locking pin from Valve #4, pull the locking collar toward the handle, (unless it was done at step 5) OPEN valve #4.
9. If the LOW HTF LEVEL light IS ON, push and hold the HTF FILL switch to operate the Pump.
10. If the LOW HTF LEVEL light is NOT ON, you may turn the pump switch ON to begin filling.
11. Continue filling until the HTF is observed in-between the LOW and HIGH marks adjacent to the HTF Sight Gauge. (photo 2-4, page 2.4)
12. Once filling is complete, pull the Fill Hose out of the HTF container with the Main Pump running to effect emptying the Fill Hose.
13. Shut Valve #4, ensure the locking collar slides toward the valve stem to the locked position, place the locking pin into the hole provided.
14. Turn the Pump Switch OFF.
15. Wipe down the fill hose and store it neatly below the Hose Reel.
16. Open Pump Suction Valve #3, check for leaks.
