6. Check that the fuel heater is connected to terminals M7 and M12 of the control
board.
7. Connect the power cord to the power supply.
8. Turn on the machine.
9. Measure the voltage between terminals M7 and M12 of the control board.
Is 108–132 VAC measured?
Result The fuel filter heater has now been checked. Reassemble the machine.

Electric shock hazard. High voltage exists inside the control panel when the power
cord is plugged into a power supply. Electric shock can cause serious injury or
death.
f Use extreme care and appropriate arc flash avoidance techniques when per-
forming this procedure.

the power supply and replace the fuel filter
heater.
The control board has failed. Disconnect
the power supply and replace the control
board. Recheck the fuel filter heater after
the new control board is installed.
