12.1 Fault table - rechargeable battery

DANGER
Danger to life from unauthorized troubleshooting.
 If faults occur with this machine that are not described in this manual, contact the
manufacturer. Do not eliminate the faults independently.

 Disorder LED
illuminates.
 Voltage too high.  Disconnect rechargeable battery
from machine or battery recharger.
 Disorder LED
illuminates
constantly.
 Contacting error.
 Hardware error.
 Clean contacts and dry if necessary.
 Operate the machine again and
acknowledge errors via touch
button.

Temperature LED
illuminates.
Temperature error
(over / under temperature).
 Only operate the machine in the
permissible temperature range.
 Allow to cool down if necessary.
 Operate the machine again and
acknowledge errors via touch
button.
Maintenance LED
illuminates.
The rechargeable battery
was disabled due to a fault.

Fault Possible causes Remedial measure
The machine will not operate. The charge state of the
rechargeable battery is too low.
Charge the rechargeable battery.
The rechargeable battery is not
properly installed in the machine.
Install the rechargeable battery
properly in the machine.
The rechargeable battery is
defective.

The starter lever is in the forward
position when ON switch on the
rechargeable battery was actuated.
Put the starter lever in the OFF
position.
The machine is displaying
unexpected faults during
commissioning or operation.
Refer to the rechargeable battery
faults table.
Press the ON/OFF start button and
remove the rechargeable battery if
the fault persists *
