5. Tilt the vibratory rammer forward to obtain access to the inspection glass. Secure in this position.
6. Screw on the oil level glass. Clean the thread on the inspection glass and wrap with Teflon tape.
7. Fill oil through the opening in the inspection glass in the housing.
8. Screw the inspection glass back on, but do not tighten.
9. Stand the vibratory rammer upright to check the oil level.
10.If necessary, top off the oil until the inspection glass is 1/2 to 3/4 filled.
11.Then tighten the inspection glass. The tightening torque is 9 Nm.
12.Wipe the area of the oil level glass with a clean cloth.
