9 Quickflex Coupling Assembly

9.3 Assemble IRflex vibrator head and FUflex inverter

1. Clean the flat-faced sealing surfaces of the Quickflex coupling and inspect for damage.

2. Stick the IRflex vibrator head together with the FUflex inverter.

 Align the halves of the coupling with the checkmark.

 Plug in linear manner until resistance is first recorded.

 Continue pressing until the stop is reached and the locking nut (IR side) engages in the coupling

thread (FUflex side).

3. Screw the Quickflex coupling together as tightly as possible.

NOTICE

The flat-faced sealing surfaces of the Quickflex coupling are soft components, which are

co-responsible for IP protection.

 The inside of the Quickflex-coupling must be clean and dry before connecting.
