Note: For a station set at 75W FM power, the following are expected values:
Internal Forward Wattmeter = 75W
Internal Reflected Wattmeter = 0-2W
External Forward Wattmeter = not less than 45W
External Reflected Wattmeter = 0-2W
8. Reconnect the remote FIPS cabling.
