7. Wait two minutes for the transmitter to key up at least 60 times. Read the internal
forward wattmeter by typing the RFO FIPS command: a 79 0. Power should be
somewhere between 50 and 175W. Record the average power reading (Pmeas).
8. Al the value obtained from Step 7.
