15. Notwithstanding any such termination of the Warranty to the Customer, the Customer
shall remain responsible for all amounts then due.
Limitation of Liability
16. IN NO EVENT SHALL MOTOROLA BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL,
SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THIS WARRANTY,
EVEN IF MOTOROLA HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY THEREOF,
INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOST PROFITS AND REVENUES, FAILURE
TO REALIZE EXPECTED SAVINGS, LOST DATA OR ANY CLAIMS AGAINST THE
CUSTOMER BY A THIRD PARTY.
