To temporarily silence the ring tone without disconnecting the call, press MUTE/FLASH. 7. Registering / pairing headset The V100 accommodates up to two wireless headsets on one base station. The original V100 headset is registered and paired at the factory. However if you wish to add a second headset you must register/pair it with the V100 base before use. 7. The second registered headset has an orange ON/OFF light. An unregistered headset has blue on half of the ON/OFF light and orange on the other half. Note: During the de-registering process of the second headset the first headset may also become de-registered. You may have to re-register the first headset to the base (see section 7.1). Using two headsets on one base station 7.9 Once both headsets (primary and secondary) are registered to the same base unit, either user (primary or secondary) can answer, or drop in and out of an active call at any time. As long as one of the two headsets is ON and part of the active call, the call will not end.
