Prior to contacting Customer Service, we request to read this manual and

tips and FAQs. If you require Customer
Suppor t assist ance, p lease p r ovid e the following informat ion:
• Serial number, complete model name, and model number of your
video eyewear.
• Make and model number of the audio video device being used.
• The name of any vid eo content or software related to your sup port
needs.
• Detailed explanation of the symptoms you are experiencing.

com p uter, with your iWear VR920 connec t ed and with VR Manager
installed and open to the Misc. Tools screen.
