INSTALLATION
Before installing, verify that the electrical supply agrees with the specifications on the data plate located on the
bottom of the cooktop.
UNPACKING
Immediately after unpacking, check for possible shipping damage, if the cooktop is found to be damaged, save
the packaging material and contact your carrier within 15 days of delivery.
CLEARANCE AND LOCATION INFORMATION
All models require unrestricted air ventilation for proper operation of the controls. The maximum intake air
temperature must not exceed 110°F (43.3°C) and the maximum exhaust temperature must not exceed 130°F
(54.4°C).
The maximum air temperatures are measured including the operation of all the other appliances in the kitchen.
DO NOT place induction cooktops over ovens.
Countertop models require a minimum clearance of 4" (101.6mm) at the rear and 1" (25.4mm) at the
bottom.
Cooktops installed in an enclosure require unrestricted air ventilation for proper operation of the controls.

LEVELING
Using a spirit level, level the appliance by turning the leveling feet in or out.
