TROUBLESHOOTING

GAS HEAT BRAISING PANS

Problem Possible Cause

Burners do not come on. 1. The power is off or unit is unplugged.

2. The gas supply to the braising pan is off.

3. The thermostat is not set.

4. The internal gas combine valve is off.

5. The pan is not in the lowest position.

Problem with the gas control system. Contact your Vulcan-

Hart authorized servicer.

Burners have yellow flame. 1. Braising pan frame is not level.

2. Wrong gas supply

3. Incorrect pressure at supply.

ELECTRIC HEAT BRAISING PANS

Problem Possible Cause

Heating elements do not come 1. The power supply is off.
