ELECTRICAL OPERATION
COMPONENT FUNCTION
Power Switch ......... Controls power to oven controls and components.
Pilot Light ........... Lit whenever the power switch is on and is a part of the power switch.
High Limit Thermostat . Manual reset, opens circuit to heat elements if heat chamber exceeds 650 F.

Temperature Control . . . Monitors temperature sensor and re

Solid State Relays ..... Number of relays depends on model of unit. Controls power to blower motor(s),

fans and heat elements.
Blower Motor ......... Operates the oven cavity blower. Some models have two motors.
Temperature Probe .... Senses the oven temperature and converts it into a resistance which is
monitored by temperature control board.
Power Supply Module . . Provides 21VDC to heat element solid state relays.
Transformer .......... Used to provide 110VAC controls volta

Heat Elements ........ Open coil type and number of elements depends on model of unit.
