suppression function, and then adjust by setting the
vibration suppression coefficient. In general, if the
vibration amplitude is large, increase the vibration
suppression coefficient F5.13, F5.14 ～ F5.16 does
not need to be set; if special occasions, F5.13 ～
F5.16 should be used together.
