Review and dial from the directory
Entries are sorted alphabetically.
Press when the phone is not in use. The screen displays
Entries in DIR X and then the rst entry in the directory.
Press /CIDCID or / to browse. When the desired entry
displays, press or to dial on a handset, or press
/SPEAKER to dial on the telephone base.

Press MENU when the phone is not in use.
Press /CIDCID or / to scroll to Directory, then press SELECT.
Press /CIDCID or / to scroll to Review and then press
SELECT. The screen displays Entries in DIR X and then the
rst entry in the directory.
Press /CIDCID or / to browse. When the desired entry
displays, press or to dial on a handset, or press
/SPEAKER to dial on the telephone base.
Alphabetical search
To start an alphabetical search:
Press when the phone is not in use. The screen displays Entries in DIR X
and then the rst entry in the directory.

Press MENU when the phone is not in use.
Press /CID or / to scroll to Directory, then press SELECT.
Press /CID or / to scroll to Review, then press SELECT. The screen
displays Entries in DIR X and then the rst entry in the directory.
Use the dialing keys to enter the letter associated with the name. For example,
if you have entries for Jenny, Jessie, Kristen and Laura in your directory, press
5 (JKL) once to see Jenny (when Jenny displays, press to see Jessie), twice to
see Kristen, or three times to see Laura. If there is no name entry matching your
search, the next closest match in alphabetical order appears. If necessary, press
/CIDCID or / to browse.
