Getting started
Quick reference guide
The controls you will need to use to configure the phone manually are described
below.
The deskset external features that are relevant to configuration are described below.
MENU
Press to enter the menu.
CANCEL
While in a menu, press to cancel
an operation and exit the menu.
SELECT
Press to select a menu item
or save an entry or setting.
NAVIGATION KEY
While in menus, press  or  to
scroll through the menu, highlight
items or change settings. While
entering names or numbers, press 
or  to move the cursor left or right.
Programmable keys
Can be programmed to perform various functions
or access various features.
For example:
 Press to access a line to make a call
 Press to dial a monitored extension or a quick-dial
number
 Press to answer a ringing call on any line or monitored
extension

Key label card
To write on the card, remove the plastic cover
(secured by tabs top and bottom and sides).
LOWER
When assigning or dialing a quick-dial number, press
to switch to lower position (the second of 16 locations)
of a programmable key.
