VCS754 Administrator and Provisioning Manual
 Ensure you have specified the correct path to the firmware and configuration files
on the SERVICING > Firmware Upgrade > Auto Upgrade page and the
SERVICING > Provisioning page.
 If the phone is not downloading a MAC-specific configuration file, ensure the
filename is all upper case.
Provisioning: "Use DHCP Option" is enabled, but the VCS754 is not getting a
provisioning URL from the DHCP Server.
 Ensure that DHCP is enabled in Network settings.
