Setting: page_zone.call_priority_threshold
Description: Set the call_priority_threshold. If the paging zone priority
(page_zone.x.priority) is higher or equal to the call priority, then a
multicast page can interrupt an active, dialing, or incoming call.
Values: 1–10 Default: 2
