Introduction Join Farmer Fred and his animals for a fun-filled day on the farm! He’ll teach your baby about mommy and baby animals, fruits and vegetables, colors, and he’ll even play a dress up game! The Day on the Farm Baby Smartridge™ also introduces your baby to animals with baby sign language! Step 1: To Begin Play To begin play, slide the ON/OFF Switch on the activity panel to the ON ( ) position. Next, slide the TV Play/Play Alone Switch on the activity panel to the TV Play ( ) mode.
Step 3: Select An Activity GETTING STARTED / FEATURES Press a shape button to choose one of the five activities. In the Watch & Learn Mode, the Baby Sign Language activity will be added. Press the large purple button to select the Baby Sign Language activity. Features 3 Modes of Play Play Time Mode (Suggested ages 9 months and up) The Play Time Mode was designed specifically with curious babies in mind. This mode of play allows babies to explore each of the activities with the press of a button.
EXIT Button When you press the EXIT button within an activity, it will return you to the activity selection screen. When you press the EXIT button within the activity selection screen, it will return you to the mode selection screen.
How Does the Garden Grow? Farmer Fred is planting and harvesting his garden. What types of fruits and vegetables can you find? Game Play ACTIVITIES Play Time Mode: Press the color buttons to learn fruits and vegetables. Watch & Learn Mode: Farmer Fred will teach you more about his fruits and vegetables and their related colors. Learn & Explore Mode: Help Farmer Fred harvest his crops by picking the fruits and vegetables for him by pressing your color buttons.
Game Play Play Time Mode: Press the color buttons to see the animals join Farmer Fred’s sing along. Watch & Learn Mode: Watch Farmer Fred and his animal friends sing some songs. Learn & Explore Mode: Farmer Fred will sing five different songs. Choose your favorite song by pressing your color buttons. Mommy and Baby Animals Farmer Fred has gathered his farm animals.
Learn & Explore Mode: The animals are playing peek-a-boo! Can you help match the mommy and baby animals by pressing your color buttons? At the end of each activity, you will be rewarded with a fun song! Count the Animals ACTIVITIES Farmer Fred loves to count. Join him as he counts the animals on his farm. Game Play Play Time Mode: Press the color buttons to count the animals from one to five. Watch & Learn Mode: Watch Farmer Fred as he counts his animal friends.
Farmer Fred Gets Dressed Farmer Fred needs to get dressed. Look into his closet to see what clothing he should wear. Game Play Watch & Learn Mode: Farmer Fred will introduce you to all the different types of clothes he wears for work and play. Learn & Explore Mode: Farmer Fred needs your help in getting him dressed. Press your color buttons to pick his clothes. ACTIVITIES Play Time Mode: Press the color buttons to get Farmer Fred dressed.
CARE & MAINTENANCE / WARNING / TROUBLESHOOTING CARE & MAINTENANCE 1. Keep your V.Smile Baby™ clean by wiping it with a slightly damp cloth. Never use solvents or abrasives. 2. Keep the unit out of direct sunlight and away from direct sources of heat. 3. Remove the batteries when not using it for an extended period of time. 4. Avoid dropping it. NEVER try to dismantle it. 5. Always keep the V.Smile Baby™ away from water.
