Screen icons, alert tones, and lights
Cordless handset alert tones
One short beep Tone of each key press, if key tone is turned on.
One long beep Indication to begin recording a message, memo or announcement.
Two short beeps
You are pressing

CID/VOLUME or pDIR/VOLUME on a cordless
handset when the volume is already at its highest or lowest setting.

Call waiting tone.

Error tone.

Registration slots are full.
Confirmation tone
(three rising tones)
The system has completed the command successfully.
Four beeps The other party has ended your intercom call.
