INTRODUCTION Thank you for purchasing the VTech® Spin & Learn Top™ learning toy! Learning makes waves with the VTech® Spin & Learn Top™. Baby develops an awareness of cause-and-effect while spinning the top and pushing the buttons. 3D characters and color buttons teach animals, colors and counting.

Ils ne font pas partie du jouet. GETTING STARTED BATTERY INSTALLATION 1. Make sure the unit is turned OFF. 2. Locate the battery cover on the bottom of the unit. Use a screwdriver to loosen the screw.
BATTERY NOTICE • Use new alkaline batteries for maximum performance. • Use only batteries of the same or equivalent type as recommended. • Do not mix different types of batteries: alkaline, standard (carbonzinc) or rechargeable (Ni-Cd, Ni-MH), or new and used batteries. • Do not use damaged batteries. • Insert batteries with the correct polarity. • Do not short-circuit the battery terminals. • Remove batteries during long periods of non-use. • Do not dispose of batteries in fire.
PRODUCT FEATURES To turn the unit ON, slide the MODE SELECTOR SWITCH to the Music ) or the Learning Mode Mode ( ( ) position. To turn the unit OFF, slide the MODE SELECTOR SWITCH to the OFF position. 2. AUTOMATIC SHUT-OFF To preserve battery life, the VTech® Spin & Learn TopTM will automatically power-down after approximately 45 seconds without input. The unit can be turned on again by pressing any button. ACTIVITIES 1.
3. In Learning Mode, press the sea animals to hear fun sounds and to learn about their colors. In Music Mode, press the sea animals to hear their sounds and music. The light will flash with the sound. 4. In Learning Mode, the 3 color buttons teach colors. Press the yellow button for a fun counting phrase. Press the orange button for a question about animals. Press the purple button for a question about colors. In Music Mode, press the color buttons to hear music. The light will flash with the sound.

TROUBLESHOOTING If for some reason the program/activity stops working, please follow these steps: 1. Please turn the unit OFF. 2. Interrupt the power supply by removing the batteries. 3. Let the unit stand for a few minutes, then replace the batteries. 5. If the product still does not work, replace with an entire set of new batteries. If the problem persists, please call our Consumer Services Department at 1-800-521-2010 in the U.S.
