INTRODUCTION Thank you for purchasing the VTech® Learn & Discover DriverTM learning toy! Take a spin down the learning highway with the VTech® Learn & Discover DriverTM! This role-play toy teaches animals, numbers, colors and more with fun phrases and realistic car sounds. Baby’s imagination will soar while spinning the wheel, moving the car and pressing the horn button. Big location buttons and a traffic light round out the learning.

4. Replace the battery cover and tighten the screw to secure. • • • • • • • • • • • • Use new alkaline batteries for maximum performance. Use only batteries of the same or equivalent type as recommended. Do not mix different types of batteries: alkaline, standard (carbonzinc) or rechargeable (Ni-Cd, Ni-MH), or new and used batteries. Do not use damaged batteries. Insert batteries with the correct polarity. Do not short-circuit the battery terminals. Remove exhausted batteries from the toy.
ACTIVITIES 1. Turn the on/off switch to turn the unit on. You will hear fun sounds, a song and a phrase. The lights will flash with the sounds. 3. Press the animal/number/location buttons to learn animals in Animal Mode and numbers in Number Mode. In Music Mode, pressing the buttons will play melodies. When melodies are playing, pressing the buttons will add fun sounds over the music. The lights will flash with the sounds. Activities 2.
Disc ove r 7. If there is no input for approximately 10 seconds, you will hear a phrase, a fun sound or a melody. If there continues to be no input after another 10 seconds, you will hear a song. If there is no input for an additional 10 seconds, you will hear a short tune and the unit will power down. The unit can be turned on again by pressing any button or sliding the mode selector.
