Directory

Review directory entries

Directory entries appear alphabetically.

Press on the handset when the phone is not in use. The

screen displays Directory Entries: XX for a few seconds,

then displays the rst entry in the directory.

Press q or p to browse through the directory.

-OR-

Press MENU when the phone is not in use.

Press q or p to scroll to Directory, then press SELECT.

Press SELECT to choose Review.

Press q or p to browse through the directory.

Alphabetical search

You can only perform an alphabetical search on the handset.

Press on the handset when the phone is not in use.

Press MENU when the phone is not in use.

Press q or p to scroll to Directory, then press SELECT.

Press SELECT to choose Review.

Use the dialing keys to enter the letter associated with the

name. For example, if you have the entries named Jennifer,

Jessie, Kevin and Linda in your directory, press 5 (JKL)

once to see Jennifer (when Jennifer displays, press q to

see Jessie), twice to see Kevin, or three times to see Linda. If there is no name

entry matching your search, the next closest entry or the last entry in the directory

displays on the screen. If necessary, press q or p to browse.
