Press to pause the playback and show the calling number display information.
>Press , DIAL or to use the home line, or press to use the mobile line to
call back the caller.
>Press or BACK to restart the playback. If you do not call back within 10
seconds, message playback restarts.
>Press or to pause the message playback. The handset displays
Call back? with the calling number display information. Press YES to call back the
caller, or NO to restart the message playback.
Press to stop.

When the answering system has less than three minutes of recording time left, it
announces, “Less than three minutes to record.” and the screens display TAM low.
When the telephone is not in use, if F and the number of messages are ashing
alternately in the message window, or the screen display TAM full, the memory is
full. Delete some messages to make room for more.
9.4 Delete All Old Messages
Using the telephone base:
Press when the phone is not in use. The telephone announces, “To delete all old
messages, press DELETE again.” Press again. All previously reviewed messages
are erased and the telephone announces, “All old messages deleted.”
Using a handset or the telephone base:
Press MENU idle mode to enter the main menu.
Press or on the handset, or press or on the telephone base
to highlight Answering sys, then press SELECT.
Press or on the handset, or press or on the telephone base
to highlight Delete all old, then press SELECT.
The screen displays Delete all old messages? Then press YES to conrm.
The screen displays Deleting... and then All old messages deleted! You hear a
conrmation tone.

You can only delete old messages, which are messages you have previously reviewed.
