Getting started
Handset layout
VOL/ (volume/directory)
Press to enter the directory when the telephone
is not in use (page 23).
While in a menu, press to scroll up.
During a call, press to increase the listening
volume (page 14).
MENU/SELECT
Press to show the menu.
While in a menu, press to select an item, or
save an entry or setting.
OFF/CLEAR
During a call, press to hang up (page 14).
While the handset is ringing, press to silence
the ringer temporarily (page 15).
While the telephone is not in use, press and
hold to erase the missed calls indicator
(page 28).
During programming, press to exit without
making changes.

Press repeatedly to show other dialing options
when reviewing a call log entry (page 29).
MUTE/REMOVE
While on a call, press to mute the microphone
(page 15).
While reviewing the call log, directory or redial
list, press to delete an individual entry (page 31,
24 and 17 respectively).
Press to delete digits when predialing (page 14) .
INT (intercom)
Press to start an intercom conversation or
transfer a call (page 18-19).
