Flashes: When there is an incoming call. Or when the base is in registration mode.

The LCD display gives you information on the current status of the telephone.
Display icons Icons can be On (visible), Flashing or Off (not visible)
Indicates when there is new or miss call.
On when new voicemail received from the local telephone provider.
