Telephone operation
Save a call log entry to the directory
Press CID/VOL- when the telephone is not in use.
Press CID/VOL- or /VOL+ to select the desired entry. If you wish to change how
the number is saved, press # repeatedly until the desired option displays. See
View dialing options on page 30.
Press SELECT and then press CID/VOL- or /VOL+ until PROGRAM ashes.
Press SELECT and the screen shows the name and number. The cursor appears at
the beginning of the name.
Use the dialing keys (0-9) to edit the name if necessary. See Character chart on
page 20.
Press CID/VOL- to move the cursor to the left or /VOL+ to the right.
Press CHAN/REMOVE to erase a character.
Press SELECT to move to the telephone number.
Use the dialing keys (0-9) to edit the telephone number if necessary.
Press CID/VOL- to move the cursor to the left or /VOL+ to the right.
Press CHAN/REMOVE to erase a digit.
Press REDIAL/PAUSE to insert a dialing pause (a P appears).
Press SELECT to conrm. You will hear a conrmation tone.
