Troubleshooting
The first step in troubleshooting is to read the readme.txt that appears in theSkylink Pro
program group. It contains a list of known issues for the currentSkylink Prodriver
version.
To find out the driver version, right click on theSkylink ProAgent (green telephonein the
system tray) and select About.
You will see theSkylink ProAgent About screen below.
Common Fix
IfSkylink Prowas working OK and suddenly stops working properly (e.g. stops
responding to incoming rings or you cannot get a VoIP dialtone) try the following:
• Quit theSkylink ProAgent(right click on the green telephone in the System Tray
and select Quit)
• Quit the Skype application
• Unplug theSkylink Proadaptor
• Wait 30 seconds
• Plug in theSkylink Proadaptor
• Start Skype
• Start theSkylink ProAgent
