De-register Handset
This feature allows you to de-register a handset locked to a particular base station. If you have received a
replacement handset, then the handset which you are replacing must be deregistered before registering the new
handset to the base. To de-register the handset:
• Press Softkey Menu from Home screen
• Choose the Settings icon from Menu screen and press center Navigation key/SEL/ to display the settings
menu options.
• Press the up or down Navigation Key or to choose the Registration Settings menu option and press
the Select key to select.
• Press the up or down Navigation Key or to choose the Base Settings and press the softkey Select to
select.
• Press the up or down Navigation Key or to choose De-register Handset and press the softkey Select to
select.
• Enter the PIN for verification and press softkey Apply to display a list of handsets subscribed to the base
station.
• Press the up or down Navigation key or to choose a handset from the list and press the softkey Select
to de-register the handset from the base station.
