• • • • • • • • • • • • Use new alkaline batteries for maximum performance. Use only batteries of the same or equivalent type as recommended. Do not mix different types of batteries: alkaline, standard (carbon-zinc) or rechargeable (Ni-Cd, Ni-MH), or new and used batteries. Do not use damaged batteries. Insert batteries with the correct polarity. Do not short-circuit the battery terminals. Remove exhausted batteries from the toy. Remove batteries during long periods of non-use.
2. TIMER SWITCH Slide the TIMER SWITCH to the demo/15 minute/30 minute position. The unit is set to the demo mode position in the packaging and is only intended to play the program for approximately one minute. Slide the LIGHT CONTROL SWITCH to select the light off ( ), low intensity ( ) or high intensity ( ) position.The light will fade in and fade out with the music and sounds. If the light starts to flicker, turn the light off then back on.
ACTIVITIES 2. Press the heart button to hear soothing phrases, lullabies and soft melodies with nature sounds.The light will fade in and out slowly with the sounds. Press and hold the heart button to pause the sound response. Press the button again to continue playing the sound response. If the sound response is paused for longer than 30 seconds, the unit will automatically power down. 3. Press the music button to hear soothing melodies. The light will fade in and fade out slowly with the sounds.

CARE & MAINTENANCE 1. Keep the unit clean by wiping it with a slightly damp cloth. 2. Keep the unit out of direct sunlight and away from any direct heat source. 3. Remove the batteries when the unit is not in use for an extended period of time. 4. Do not drop the unit on hard surfaces and do not expose the unit to moisture or water.
