Multiple handset use
Call transfer using intercom
Use the intercom feature to transfer an outside call to another
system device. You can also share an outside call with another
system device.
ÂÇÅ´Áƹ¸ÅÂÅÆ»´Å¸´ÁÂÈÇƼ·¸¶´¿¿ÈƼÁº¼ÁǸŶÂÀ
1. During the call, press MENU/
SELECT.
2. Press T
CID or SDIR to scroll to Intercom and press
MENU/SELECT.
3. If you have a two-handset system and no other registered
devices, your handset screen shows Calling other handset.
-OR-
If you have more than two handsets and/or cordless headset(s)/
speakerphone(s), your screen shows INTERCOM TO: Press
T
CID or SDIR to scroll to the desired device and press
MENU/SELECT. Your screen shows Calling HANDSET X or Calling
all handsets.
4. When the destination device picks up, your handset shows
Intercom and the outside call is put on hold. You have the
following options:
f You can transfer the call. Press MENU/SELECT, then press
TCID or SDIR to scroll to Å´Áƹ¸Å. Press
MENU/SELECT
again. The handset shows ´¿¿ÇÅ´Áƹ¸ÅŸ·. The other device
automatically connects to the outside call.
f You can let the other device join you on the outside call in a
three-way conversation. Press MENU/
SELECT. Press TCID or
S
DIR to highlight Share call, then press MENU/SELECT.
f You can end the intercom call and continue the outside call
with your handset. Press
on your handset (the
ended intercom call party hears four beeps).
